On February 12th we had an Asian cooking experience at our office!
We cooked some Asian chicken and broccoli, and sat to enjoy our meals together. We look forward to our next cooking event and to meet all our attendees!
On Monday December 1st, 2025 we attended our first Geriactors Monthly Meet Up!
We had so much fun with the Geriactors this Monday! It was our first time and they treated us like family, we will definitely be back in February 2026! They do not have a meet up the first Monday of January 2026. We hope to welcome additional participants in February.

KHSS held our first ever Community Circle at our head office!
It was a good first circle and we look forward to our December circle to hear about our
different holiday adventures!
On November 19, 2025 we enjoyed a bit of Health Qigong!
There were a couple new participants to join in on our class, the first class can be intimidating, but afterwards everyone can feel a positive difference in their bodies.
Some staff wanted to join in so, we had to commemorate it with a picture!

For KHSS's very first Qigong Class we only got a few new participants. But the few participants as well as our staff absolutely loved the class that was lead by Grace Lee! Based on this positive experience, we will be hosting future Qigong classes at our office. We look forward to meeting more new clients at our next event!
